405 Claire: for the answers for AS19, your calculations did not convert °C to K for qn 1-3. But the values in the Qn are in terms of K.

Are you referring to the values of specific heat capacity c expressed in J / (kg K).
The heat energy is expressed a J per (kg K) which is the same as J per kg degC, as both use per unit temperature where interval of 1 K = 1 degC.
Similarly in the formula Q = mc(delta theta), the CHANGE in temperature (delta theta) is the same in K or degC.
Hence conversion from degC to K is not necessary.
